As we began working with a fast growing company’s CFO with no dedicated HR person and multiple locations, we found benefits hadn’t been consistently offered to new hires or, at least, hadn’t been tracked consistently. With many different carriers/offerings and different waiting periods before employees became eligible, we helped simplify the offer of benefits to new hires.
We created ONE PDF package for all their benefits. It included an overview of benefits, listing per pay costs, key provisions and how to call us with questions. The package included any applications needed, prefilled wherever possible, crossed out sections that didn’t apply, and noted due dates for when/where to turn in paperwork.
